Manual Dice Rolls

I have a great collection of dice that I enjoy rolling very much, they are obsolete with your new character sheet unless there is a manual roll option that allows me to input my dice rolls. Is this in the cards?

For a workaround -- Could you just say your roll number verbally, and apply any modifiers (either verbally or in your head)?  Is it a game system that people play with real dice, paper and pencil at the kitchen table? That is how I would do it unless it is a game that requires the Roll20 character sheet for maths-and-automation that are beyond kitchen-table gameplay.
