Deleting text and graphics

If you as a player, or a GM put text or graphics on the screen in a jumpgate game, they do not properly get removed when you delete them. They still appear on the screen. You have to refresh the screen to make them actually disappear. In addition, the graphic selection box where you choose the color, line size, etc. does not properly go away when you switch to another menu item on the tool bar. It persists on the screen. Also sending this via a help center request but I'm putting it here so everyone can see it... and maybe respond with more info.

Please let us know the usual suspects: Jumpgate or Classic, Browser, Incognito/Private Browsing or not, etc., 
As stated, I was having the problem in a jumpgate game. Testing showed that the problem existed in both Chrome and Firefox browsers, but did not happen in Chrome incognito browser when I tested it. Since the problem seems to come and go (with no indication of what causes it) I don't know if incognito browsing has the problem or not. It didn't when I tried it last time, it could the next time. Refreshing/reloading the screen seems to make the problem go away. All has been reported to Help Center but there's been no definitive response. Only a request for more info like computer setup, graphics card, etc. No idea yet what causes the problem. But, it's happened to me multiple times now so I know there *is* a problem... I and my players been having the same problems ever since I converted to Jumpgate (months ago). Duplicate tokens, not being able to delete text or graphic objects placed on the map, duplicate icons ... all requiring a page refresh to fix. Also I've found that the line-editing menu staying up can be dismissed by selecting then unselecting any line on the page; annoying, but faster than a refresh (which closes all open handouts and character sheets). It happens with Windows 10, Windows 11, Mac, Chrome, Firefox, various graphic cards, GPUs, CPUs in various geographic locations (all in the U.S.) on several different  ISPs (IOW, six players using a variety of different machines in a variety of locations are all experiencing the same problems) I've submitted tickets and had them acknowledged, and have seen some improvements (i.g., the problems no longer happen as often). We're all now just riding it out until eventually most of the bugs get resolved.
I am running Jumpgate under Firefox, and it seems to happen (unfortunately) at random.  With me it typically happens when placing or moving Tokens, so I wind up getting ghost tokens everytime I move something.  It also seems to be specific to a browser instance since it happens to me and not my players (or vice versa).
