Anthony said: There should be an in-game option that the GM can select to prevent unsupported browsers from being used in their game. I get this issue with Mac users too. They default to using the default browser, not knowing any better. This needs to be prevented; a warning message to people like this tends to be disregarded like all other warning messages. People just don't read and understand these kinds of messages. Hi Anthony! "Unsupported" just means that the dev team will not usually address problems generated by those browsers*. Not that they won't work. A lot of users use different browsers without issue for many reasons: better performance, better privacy, better integration with their workflow. Roll20 won't take that away from them. I would suggest asking the player who can see everything to try a different browser and see if the issue continues for them. Then it can be pinned down to Safari. It's more likely the issue is caused by something that block JavaScript execution client side, a miscommunication, or a settings error somewhere. It's unlikely Safari/Mac is the root cause—there are enough people who use that combo that it would be a well-known and established issue. It could contrinute to the issue though, and is worth investigating as outlined above. *They sometimes do address egregious problems on unsupported browsers, they just don't guarantee they will.
