Unable to open Bio & Info tab from token

Holding Shift and double-clicking a token associated with a character sheet is supposed to take you to the Bio & Info tab, while holding Alt and doing the same should take you to the Character Sheet tab. However, for me, Shift and Alt now both just take me to the Character Sheet tab. I can't get to the Bio & Info tab directly. Tested in Firefox and Chrome in various games with different character sheets. Is this just a me problem or a general bug?

I'm seeing this same behavior. Since these forums are used for askingn support from our fellow users, I suggest sending a help request  to let Roll20's support staff know about it. I'm going to do the same  to let the support staff know that it isn't an isolated problem.

Confirmed and reported, this is a new Jumpgate issue. Possibly related to the recent Journal upgrade.

Update: It looks like there is a partial fix. Shift+double click on tokens is now working, but shift+click on Characters in the Journal tab still needs to be fixed.
