3D dice not rolling from DnDBeyond Sheet in Jumpgate

I'm sure I'm not the first person to post this, but the 3D dice are not showing up when I roll from my character sheet on dndbeyond with the 2024 rules. Is this planned on being fixed in the near future? I'm a dirty little dice goblin and I want to see my clicky clacks and I don't want to use the roll20 character sheets.

Hi Andy K.,  DnD Beyond is not part of Roll20. It is a different platform.  I assume that to get DnD Beyond's rolls to show up in Roll20 you are using the extension called Beyond20.  That extension is also not part of Roll20. You would have to talk to Beyond20 about how it implements DnD Beyond's rolls in Roll20.  My guess is that DnD Beyond is rolling, Beyond 20 is passing those rolls through to Roll20 and formatting them to look like Roll20 rolled things. But, it is also possible that they are passing the actual pre-roll rolls through. Either way, it is a Beyond20 issue, not a Roll20 issue.
Yes I have Beyond20 installed. The rolls are showing up in the Roll20 chat. There was never an issue with this with the legacy version. It worked fine. Now jumpgate is making it less enjoyable. Been using Roll20 since the pandemic. Paid user. This is an issue.

I am sure it is an issue, but it is not a Roll20 issue. You need to contact Beyond20. I would also ask, are you using D&D 5e 2024 by Roll20? Perhaps it is a character sheet issue rather than a VTT engine issue.
I've been on the beyond20 discord for a few days now and I can confirm it's not a beyond20 issue. I have tried a 2014 and a 2024 ddb character sheet in legacy version and the 3d rolls show up. I tried a 2024 and 2014 ddb character sheet in jumpgate and the 3d rolls do not show up.

Since both D&D Beyond and the beyond20 extension aren't part of Roll20, it's not up to Roll20 to integrate them. Roll20 changed both how their VTT and the way their newest D&D 2024 character sheets work , and if the creators of beyond20 want to continue to provide a way to use DDB's character sheets on Roll20, it's up to them to make that happen. Beyond20 says that they use character sheet templates to create the rolls seen on the Roll20 VTT; they're probably waiting for Roll20 to finalize the design of the new Beacon-based character sheet before releasing an update for their product. Edit: When I was in business, when my customer changed their product it was up to me to adjust the way I provided my services to them in order to align with that change. I don't disagree, however the roll20 character sheets aren't user friendly IMO. DDB is much easier. The 3d dice on roll20 is a great feature and is one of the reason's I use it. I wanna see the dice hit that nat 20. There's something very unfulfilling when you crit and you're not sure and have to check. Jumpgate is fine. The spell f/x are neat, but not game breaking. I've not seen anyone in any of my games use them. Just seems like the previous version worked fine. I understand the idea to grow and improve, but this seems like a change for changes sake. And not having the option to use the legacy version is frustrating.  Rick A. said: Since both D&D Beyond and the beyond20 extension aren't part of Roll20, it's not up to Roll20 to integrate them. Hi Andy! Out of curiosity, what keeps you from using the legacy engine? As long as you have one legacy game, you can make copies of it.
All new games have to be used in jump gate. I will never convert my games because I don't want to lose the legacy, but I want the option at least.  keithcurtis said: Hi Andy! Unless you are using a module to create a new game (is that the issue?), you can make an infinite number of copies of any existing legacy game. If you want a brand new, empty legacy game, copy an existing one, but don't copy any of the contents.
