Deck Building - Allow setting of "weight" or quickly duplicate existing cards in a deck

Just wondering if we could get an update that allows cards in decks to be weighted when drawing, or have a way to quickly duplicate cards already existing in a deck? I really like the custom deck feature but trying to set up 90+ types of cards that have different rarities feels frustrating to put together right now. I've seen this suggested several times already in the past. If I missed where this is a thing already, please let me know.
