Some players can't find items in the compendium

We are currently playing in a game using the D&D 5E (2014) rules. The GM, who is the game creator, has checked his compendium settings and has verified that the compendiums that he wants the players to have access to are active (DMG, PHB, Tasha's, Xanathar's, etc. are all "green"), and that all the FBR2024 compendiums are disabled (all show as "red"). When searching the compendiums, some of us can see all items in all compendiums that are active, while others only see the FBR2024 content. The players who CAN see the other compendiums happen to also be game creators and own copies of these compendiums. We have all cleared cache, logged out of the game and back in again, with no change. We have also tried changing from legacy to the new compendium.

Hi Rick A.,  Which compendium? options are: Internal, External, Character Builder internal (some folks confuse it with the Compendium), and Character Builder in Roll20 Characters.

I should have specified the In-Game compendium. If I could, would change the title. In this case, it's the compendiums accessible through the compendium tab while in the game. The players were attempting to look up an item so that they could drag it to their D&D 5E by Roll20 (2014) character sheet inventory. For example, if I go to the Compendium tab in the game and search for *Potion of Invulnerability*, the search results show two instances: One from the DMG and one from FBR24: When some of the other players searched for the same item, they only get the FBR24 version, which of course will not drag-and-drop to the  D&D 5E by Roll20 (2014) character sheet. The GM/creator of the game has gone into his Settings > Game settings -> Content Sharing page and verified that all the appropriate compendiums are "Green".  He has a Pro account so is allowed to share compendiums in up to 5 games with up to 15 players per game: he has (4) active games with between (6) and (8) players per game. All the players' character sheets but one (mine) were created by the GM in-game and assigned to the individual players. My character sheet was created by me in a game that I created then imported through the Character Vault. The two players who CAN see the other compendiums within this game (me and one other player) own copies of the other compendiums which we purchased on Roll20.

Ok, so my recommendation would be to have the Game Creator clear cookies/cache, log out and log back in. (I know you said "all" have done it already, just making sure the game creator has done so) If that doesn't work please have the Game Creator supply screenshots of the sharing settings. The section where it says which tables are sharing and screenshots of the relevant books.
Yes, he did perform the clear cache & cookies routine - in fact, he also logged out, shut down his browser, restarted it, cleared cash again just to make sure and logged back in and re-entered the game. I'll ask him t do that the next time we talk. He's currently at work and won't be available until later.
