Pre-setting all npc/character sheets to have the same rule sets

I noticed in the new format, all character sheets need to be changed from 2024 rule set manually (at least in the dnd 5e version). Even before this change I wished there was a way to just preset all sheets to function the same (Dex tracker on/off, always roll damage, 24' rule change). It would save a lot of in and out of game time, thanks!
