Pop-Out Chat not working!

Currently experiencing an issue where i am unable to pop out the chat. I did try to trouble shoot this however it appears it is not just me all my players (of which there are 7 between two games) are also unable to pop out the chat. I am the DM for multiple games and am a player in one, even as a player i experience this same issue. This issue began about a month ago, is anyone else experiencing this?

Hi JustBliss,  Which browser are you using? Are you in the Legacy VTT or the newer (formerly called Jumpgate) VTT?

I am also experiencing something similiar.  My chat will popout but only shows white screen.  I am using chrome.  My game is a Jumpgate game.

Hi Adam J.,  Your issue seems to be new. There is something wrong with some elements of Roll20. This is probably related. I am escalating the issue. Edit: I am being told it is not related to the Avatar (Video/Voice) issue. 

I've had this issue for the last 3 weeks, current game is using Jumpgate, and old 5e characters sheets (not sure if that would have anything to do with it, but thought i'd mention), Also on Chrome.

Thanks for helping Gauss I am using the Jump Gate version of DND 5e 2014, as for the browser i use Firefox but i did check Chrome in the off chance it was a browser issue and it still seemed to be an issue
