Allow users to disable the notifications tab

UIs should never be changed without good reason. If you use something for a very long time you grow accustomed to the location of buttons and any change causes of a degree of frustration as you have to adjust your muscle memory to match. The benefit from the change needs to outweigh that temporary frustration. The new announcement tab shifts the positioning of the tabs a little, requiring a period of adjustment. I cannot conceive any reason to ever click on the announcements tab, so it does not outweigh that minor frustration. Can I please get rid of it?
Do you mean the new "info"-button on the right side panel? Totally useless in games and the wrong place for it. I recommend sending feedback on it as well.
