Dark Matter 5e classes!?

Heyo. I got a bit of a question/rant. So I just bought the Dark Matter Starter Kit. I'm making a space campaign. It came with a one shot and a compendium. But the classes weren't in there. Did I buy the wrong thing? If no why would they release this without the classes. Knowing that's the main reason a lot of people buy this stuff. I found some books online and I'm going to enter the classes manually. Any idea on how to make this easier?  But all the races and weapons and ships are there..... I bet when the classes come out you will have to buy those separately.

Hi Miles Matheson,  I am not seeing any classes in the Compendium's book form (ie: search the compendium for the book, then look through the table of contents). The character options section has backgrounds and races, no classes.  Does the hard cover have classes?

Hi Miles Matheson! As Gauss indicates, either there are no classes in the Starter Kit, or no new classes in the game. Mage Hand's site doesn't mention classes in the core rulebook other than " Dark Matter builds on the core classes, races, and rules of the 5E game you know and love". Note that the core rulebook is not set to publish until next year. My advice would be to contact Mage Hand Press (the publishers) and/or request a refund from Roll20 (the retailer). EDIT: The table of contents preview for the eventual core rulebook does list a slew of subclasses.
