3D Dice Animation Plays Twice Identically for a Single Roll

When making a dice roll in Roll20, the 3D dice animation appears to play twice for a single roll. The second animation is identical to the first one, including the exact same dice movement and result. This happens consistently and creates visual confusion, making it seem like the roll is duplicated even though only one result is generated. I will attach a GIF showing the issue. I try to Disable and re-enable 3D dice but the issue still persists with no effect.
