Nothing against women. I love the ladies I play with. I just have a massive women to man ratio in my campaigns and want to try balancing it out. Just lost the only guy in my group. He was a creep. Hoping to find another dude to vibe with me. There's four amazing women that I play with and I'm hoping to add a fifth member to replace our lost player. You'll have to interview with me and then speak with them to ensure everybody is fine with you. It's a high fantasy world and we're just doing our third session ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN: You are a being known as a Sovereign living in the world of Carthacombe. The meaning of Sovereign is two fold. For starters, you have access to all of the kingdoms within the world and access to contracts known as writs within those kingdoms. Secondly, you are known as Sovereign because you were born with a mark somewhere on your body (Some have chosen the mark is their pupil, a birthmark on their back or in the center of their palm, the choice is 100% yours). This mark allows your body to surpass the limits of regular folk within the world of Carthacombe. While a commoner could, with a lifetime of training, achieve level 8 in DnD terms, Sovereign who train hard and go through trials that push them to their limits are capable of achieving level 20. The theme of the campaign is balance or a bastardized version of karma. This means that with all these powerful Sovereign doing good, there is equal amounts of forces in the world committing acts of evil. Be it the Demon King who amasses an army beyond the barrier that divides civilized society from the abominations, or a woman by the name of Phirah who is said to have a cult dedicated to returning her from her prison somewhere beyond time, there will be no shortage of evil for us to take on. We will uncover the mysteries of this world in one of the many campaign beginnings I can pitch to you. I have rewritten Strahd and Strixhaven and created many of my own adventures in each of the countries within this world. STARTING STUFF You will start a level 3 and use point buy. No evil characters allowed. You get 1 free feat. (Yes, variants get 2 to start) We will be using '14 rules. No homebrew allowed at all. (An exception is stuff we will create and balance together if you'd like to work toward it in the future.)
