Need help: Lag spikes while running a game

The first thing is that this problem does not occur every session but when it does, it occurs the whole time I am running the game. The Problem: 4 hour game session running No API with the basic Pathfinder sheet by Natha in Chrome. I get lag spikes where everything slows down on my PC, not just the roll20 website. The dice slowly roll, moving a token is laggy, every is slow. This doesn't occur every week while running this game. When I run my Earthdawn game using API, I do not get these lag spikes. When the spikes are happening, changing to different browsers (That are never used) Edge and Firefox does not fix the issue. Running Chrome in safe mode/no modes does not fix it. FYI, after game is done and I am the only one in the room, I no longer get the lag spikes. I've cleared cache on all the browsers, NVDA video card that I set the preferred graphic card to the NVDA CPU, it's on a Cat 5 cable directly to the switch, no VPN running, All video and system drivers updated. We don't use roll20 voice or video (Discord for that). No one in the house running anything other than a second laptop running roll20 in the room as well (doesn't get the lag spikes).   Any thoughts? thanks

Hi Michael,  First, thanks for the breakdown.  Second, mind if I come take a look at your game? Sometimes games can cause issues. If so please PM me an invite to your game.  Also, can you supply a screenshot of your My Settings tab's Graphics settings?
