Sometimes when Roll20 makes changes old info is stuck in the browser and interferes with it, and support for a new sheet, if that one was recently added, is the kind of thing it can affect. You don't need to clear cookies (at least I never had to) just "cached data", whatever that means in your specific browser. Roll20 Support has already contacted me about this. They have found the issues and are in the process of fixing it. It was a permission issue that some had that they shouldn't have. The ticket is still open because not everything was fixed, as they have no idea how these users got these special permissions. It has nothing to do with cache whatsoever.
