I am trying to create a character using the GURPS 4th Edition character sheet. In my 'Roll20 Characters', it shows the sheet as unavailable, and any characters I 'Fetch' as having the vote button. But my friends see that the sheet is available, and they no longer have the vote button.
I haven't run into that specific issue, but one thing to try is clearing your browser cache, if you haven't already.  Sometimes when Roll20 makes changes old info is stuck in the browser and interferes with it, and support for a new sheet, if that one was recently added, is the kind of thing it can affect. You don't need to clear cookies (at least I never had to) just "cached data", whatever that means in your specific browser.

They have found the issues and are in the process of fixing it. It was a permission issue that some had that they shouldn't have. The ticket is still open because not everything was fixed, as they have no idea how these users got these special permissions. It has nothing to do with cache whatsoever.
