Prevent Players from Interacting with Doors Outside Their Current Vision

My players sometimes accidentally open or close doors in parts of the map that they cannot currently see. I use Explorer Mode, so previously explored parts of the map remain visible even when they are outside the characters’ current vision. I am not certain whether this behavior is specific to Explorer Mode. I would like doors to ignore player clicks unless the door is currently visible to one of that player’s controlled tokens. The GM should still be able to interact with doors normally. This is a relatively minor issue, but it can cause accidental changes elsewhere on the map and interrupt play while the door is located and restored to its previous state. Restricting door interaction to areas within the players’ current vision would make panning around explored maps less prone to accidental clicks.
And while we're at it. Lest's to the same for tooltips.
And distance-tracked movement for characters they don't control (and can't see!) Wow, was I annoyed when I realized my players could see when I was measuring distances as monsters moved out of sight....!
