Conditional rolls (roll>= 15 w/ Katie)

Would love if reactions could send a message only if you met a certain message. Ive tried to make reactions use whispers with messages if you for example roll DC15 Perception or something, that would be so cool! /sr 1d20 + @{@{instigator_id}|perception_bonus} >= 15 w/ Katie "you see a strange shape in the distance".  if its not beat its not sent. that way it could be used via reactions to set up triggers for diffrent players to notice diffrent things when they pass by. or perhaps if you roll to low, it sends another message, or it could send it to chat. could be a really useful functionality!  Tried to do it via the api but it was just a mess!

I made an API workaround that whispers to a token owner that walks over a reaction token. The player can then roll, and if they succeed they can press the button. But yeah, would be cool to be able to make conditional rolls.
