Map Pins - How do you use yours?

Hey all, Im interested in hearing how people use the map pins other than simply as 'map pins' to show a local or information. Ive set up a map and use the pins to show/remind me where the location and colour of certain keys are located on it and also what colour key opens what doors; nothing ground-breaking but saves writing it down! Any other brilliant ideas out there?

I’ve been using Map Pins as soundboards to trigger sound effects on the fly. I also use map pins for shop inventories so my group can easily access the item handouts. The players can visit these shops (pages/maps) on their own using macros.

I use some on my token page, to provide player-facing info about different groups. Each name is linked to the character sheet (players can only open the sheet with the proper game permissions): I also use a scriptlet named  Sync Note to Pin to sync the movement of old-style token pins to the map pins, to provide them with short hover text.
I use for for reminders of what's at a location (what it is or what's in it) and FX of traps. Its nice having an fx button at each trap.
That's really good Seb, you'll have to tell me how that's done! Seb said: I’ve been using Map Pins as soundboards to trigger sound effects on the fly. (Lots of great ideas on Nick's channel) I use Simple Sound for the mod/script to play the tracks. You could use another mod if you prefer. Here is an example of a Simple Sound commands to play a track (This goes into the hyperlink box). Replace 'vase-breaking' with the name of the track in your jukebox you want to play:  `!splay vase-breaking And here is the command to stop all currently playing tracks: `!sstop
