Character Sheets and Compendium Not Working in Newly Duplicated Game (D&D 5.5E)

I've recently copied one of my campaigns and none of the character sheets (both PC sheets and monster / NPC sheets) are accessable. Instead they are greyed out and nothing happens when I click on them. My players have the same problem. The game is Curse of Strahd, using the purchased Roll20 module, and has been duplicated several times now. The NPC sheets are a mix of 2014 sheets from the original module plus various 2024 sheets that I have replaced some with, while the player character sheets are all 2024 sheets. I've previously run this as a 2024 campaign with the new sheets without any problem, and this latest iteration of the game is a copy of that previous campaign. None of the other 2014 games I've since duplicated to turn into 2024 campaigns have ever had this issue. When duplicating the game, I selected the "D&D Fifth Edition (5E & 5.5E)" option for the sheet templates. Additionally, when I try to access my compendium, I instead just get a bunch of promos for new Roll20 features when I select it. I've made sure my compendium is enabled for this game and that it is set to D&D 5E. I'm a Pro subscriber. Some pictures of the issues I am having as well as my current settings: Anyone know why this might be happening and what the potential fixes are? Thank you

Hi Asha L., Additionally, when I try to access my compendium, I instead just get a bunch of promos for new Roll20 features when I select it. I've made sure my compendium is enabled for this game and that it is set to D&D 5E. I'm a Pro subscriber. The tab you are on is not the Compendium tab, it is a new tab Roll20 has implemented to provide update information. It appears the Compendium tab is not showing up in your game for some reason. But, it appears the compendium settings are set correctly so I am not sure why that is happening in your game. I suggest filing a report with Roll20 via the Help Center: https://help.roll20.net/hc/requests/new They should be able to figure out why your Compendium isn't working.
The tab you are on is not the Compendium tab, it is a new tab Roll20 has implemented to provide update information. Oh. Why on earth does it use the same icon as the Compendium tab then? Thanks for the info.
