Whispered Death Saves

Would really like to see with the 2024 character sheet to automatically have death saves whispered only to the GM. I know players can click on the whisper button to do that, but to many times they forget and just click revealing the results to chat. Used to be able to run a macro that would keep everyone's concealed.
