Encounter Helper

I would like to see the Mod Script EncounterHelper  by Kurt Jaegers work with the Transmogrifier. This is a great script I am just looking for an improvement.  Right now, if I use EncounterHelper to set up one or more encounters in a test game and then Transmogrify the page to a new game, the Encounter does not work in the new game. It appears to me that this is because the EncounterHelper script is dependent on Token Ids and the Token Ids change when transmogrified. It seems to me that there should be some way to identify the tokens sans Token Id. Perhaps when a token is added to an encounter a EncounterHelper_ID is added to the token.
Just out of curiosity, why wouldn't you set it up in-game rather than 'transmogrifying' it from one game to another?  What do you feel the benefits are for exo-creation in this case?
I use a library game I call Test Waterdeep and set up all my pages/maps, handouts, Menu Mules, etc. here. Then when I think I am ready I Transmogrify it out to my live games. This keeps all the games up to date with the same stuff and makes life easier for me. BTW: These games are quite large each combining Waterdeep, Dungeon of the Mad Mage, Candle Keep, Baldur's Gate: Decent into Avernus, and other more minor modules.
