It is the year 2100, and Mega-City Two, on the West Coast of North America, is currently being ravaged by the virus 2T(fru)T. This virus drives people violently insane before turning them into plague-stricken cannibals, and eventually causing painful death. Scientists in Mega-City One have managed to develop a vaccine, but due to airports being overrun by zombie-like infected, it is impossible to safely land in Mega-City Two.
As one of Mega-City One's most active Judges, you are tasked with the deadly overland trek to deliver the vaccine to a plague-stricken Mega-City Two. This trek takes you across the post-apocalyptic wasteland of Middle America “The Cursed Earth".
In the East, you'll navigate the treacherous "Death Belt", an unpredictable air current that periodically unleashes swarms of massive, mutated rats upon unsuspecting settlements. Further West, you'll encounter a clan of mutants in the Appalachians, followed by a trio of "vampires" with an unsettling presence. The convoy will also traverse the eerie Mississippi plantations. In Kansas, you'll become embroiled in a turf war between the McDonald's Marauders and the Burger King Creeps, two rival gangs fighting for dominance. Dinosaur-infested Rocky Mountains. In Utah, you'll stumble upon an abandoned agricultural laboratory, while in Las Vegas, you'll encounter the corrupted "Judges" who've fallen under the Mafia's sway.
