Ghost character has taken over all my token's names...?

So out of the blue, every token on the map, when targeted, is named Ryan2 in the chat. When I go to the token itself and check, the name is correct. Only way to fix it seems to be deleting every token from the map and redragging them out.  "Ryan 2" was a PC token at one time, created LONG after the map tokens, and has been deleted & does not exist in the game any longer.  Any thoughts?

A mod script could do something like this, but I am unaware of a Roll20 glitch that could do it. Is the map graphic perhaps named "Ryan2"?
No, the campaign was going fine without incident for a couple months, then this just started happening. ?? The attack mods are set to "@{target|token_name}" and no new api's or anything were introduced. This "Ryan 2" thing really just started out of nowhere. It's weird and confusing, for me at least.

That is strange. I would suggest deleting cache and cookies, then logging out of and back into Roll20.
I've done that already, lol.
