Greetings!
I'm a guy in my
thirties from the frozen north of Europe. I started playing DND about six years
ago, and have been DMing my own games for five. However, it's been a few years
since I was properly in a game as a player, so I figured I'd throw something out
there.
System - DND 5e 2014
Game type - 1-on-1
campaign, long term. Legendary levels. Discord for VC.
Timeslot/Frequency -
Preferably Sat or Sun. Weekly sessions.
Timezone - GMT+1,
but as a nightowl, I often sync well with the US.
Setting - I'm open
to almost anything, but I'd prefer if it was serious in tone, although some
levity is of course fine.
A while back I came
across some expansive homebrew content. It revamps all the classes and adds
additional optional paths, allowing for progression all the way to level 30. I
have been running a game for two players using this content for the past two or
so years, so I have some idea of how it plays.
I also briefly tried
it as a player with a good friend of mine, and I'm definitely hooked on
solo/smaller group sizes.
So now I find myself
looking for a long-term DM that wants to go on an epic journey together. With
all the drama, joy, sorrow, excitement, and surprises that hopefully entails.
As a player, I enjoy all aspects of DND, although my true passion lies in roleplaying
and diving into a world and its characters. I would say that I prefer a mix of
about 75-25, in terms of roleplay to combat ratio, although sessions that are
outliers in either direction are no problem. I like writing extensive
backstories for my characters, and I try to give my DM a plethora of ways to
draw my characters in and resonate with them. I'm also a sucker for the
bittersweet.
Sound interesting?
Send me a message and let's see if we can figure something out!
