Indent and Outdent tool tips remain on-screen

I do a lot of Handout creation and editing in the Journal.  I am increasingly plagued by the Indent and Outdent tooltips (from hovering over those buttons in the journal editor) remaining on screen, even after their triggering windows have been closed. They take up enough real estate to be ... bothersome, especially blocking text in journal entries I'm editing. They do go away when I refresh the tab (running Chrome), or exit out of Roll20. Switching to another map does not  clear them. Anyone else seen this or have any ideas, short of a bug report or "Forget about it Jake, it's the Roll20 Journal Editor"?

Hi *** Dave! I have not seen that particular one, but I have had persistent artifacts like that. They are generally only cleared through a reload. :/
Thanks, Keith.
+1. I have also had this problem.  It's a pain, since only a reload will resolve. A reload means closing all your active tabs (handouts, characters, etc), which as DM can be quite a few. It annoys me greatly.
Also have this issue with the non-jumpgate styled tooltips (the black bars).  Also feel like Anthony, that this is a real pain in the butt, especially when it happens during combat and you got many sheets open and the artifact bar is covering an important part of the screen so can't just ignore til its done.  Although this has been an issue for YEARS, I think Roll20 has just conceded that this is an issue that's super low on their priority list :(
