Invincible Gripes... VTT Usability

Okay, I am a bit miffed at the Invincible VTT I just got - Firstly, is it stilly buggy for anyone else? I have no ability to check the NPC Stats through the Compendium. Also, this seems incomplete seeing how I cannot list Injuries on the VTT Character Sheet either through Drag and Drop or even manually entering them. Secondly, the Macros are ugly and should at the very least provide a page number to reference. We shouldn't have to memorise the layout of the core rule book just to find what the Macros are meant to do, which is to say speed up game play. If GMs still have to find the material in the core rule book, asking for the macro to roll doesn't speed anything up. Also, I can't access my Starter Set, the Tokens or anything else similarly added by this content. Now, I've already put in a request for help for this, but I really wanted to post Invincible games today and I'm now in a holding pattern. I know, right: First World Problems. I need to relax or whatever. But this whole VTT on Roll20 seems like it was a rush job... or is it just me?

Hi Eiric E. Padraig, Could you provide the link to the content in the marketplace? I am not able to find any game called Invincible.

I don't think the game is out for Roll20. I can see a link for it, if you create a game using the sheet, but there is no marketplace link for an actual adventure. Did you purchase the game on Roll20 as an addon, or did you just buy the game itself from Free League or DTRPG?

Hey Eiric, I hope this messages finds you well. I am forwarding your feedback regarding the compendium, macros and tokens to our team. As for Critical Injuries, those should be rolled automatically for you once a character drop to zero hitpoints and when you get hit again after that. It should do all the have lift of checking pre-existing conditions, adding bonus due to excessive damage, etc. See attached image. With that said, I will also forward to the team your idea about adding Injuries to the compendium so they can be dropped to the sheet manually.

Hi Eiric - I am sorry that your initial reaction to the Invincible module was frustration. This was far from a rush job - a significant amount of time and effort has been put into the creation of the sheet and the compendium. The amount of automation that the sheet will provide alone is one of the most powerful on this platform and should help make life way easier for both players and GMs. This is a brand new game with quite a bit of unique content - while we have an in-depth internal review process, we are hoping that the community will point out anywhere we failed to cross our t’s or dot our i’s, especially these few days before the “official” launch on Thursday. Rest assured, we are VERY committed to any ongoing cleanup and maintenance of this IP and its products. Miguel addressed the Critical Injuries table above, but regarding the rest: - NPCs have all been updated to include their stats and (if applicable) descriptions in their individual entries. We are aware they are missing tokens, but they should be live by Wednesday night. - The macros (rollable tables) are all in sequential order from the start of the book to the end, and what they contain and how each entry is weighted are viewable upon opening each table. In our experience, players usually see the table while reading the core book then look up its macro, not the other way around, but we will look into finding a way to reference where the table exists in the compendium (we can’t use page numbers obviously). - I am unsure why the Starter Set is not showing for you - the readable compendium itself has its own category, and entries (many of which are similar or duplicates of the core book entries) have the tag “ISS” next to their name. Metro Mayhem should be launchable from the Create Game screen, or as a chooseable add-on in your Game setting page. I hope that helps for now. Please feel free to continue to give feedback either here or at our support portal, which is located here - https://support.metamorphic-digital.com/ . Thank you, and please let us know if you have any other concerns or issues. Again, we're here and listening and watching for all feedback, and will try to address anything that comes up quickly and efficiently. Rudy Senior Producer Metamorphic Digital Studios
