Unfortunately you cannot retroactively claim Reserve items, but it will give you a sense of what types of items are offered. The Reserve items do tend to skew towards D&D 5th Edition, but that is because that is the bulk of what users on Roll20 are playing. But there have been many items that are system agnostic, or for other systems (Star Trek Adventures, Call of Cthulu, etc.) or other themes (steampunk, sci-fi, etc.). In my opinion, it's not worth it to upgrade to Pro only for the Reserve items, but if you are already upgraded for other features (Mod scripts, Transmogrifier, etc.) then the Reserve items are a nice bonus.
