Add Group View option for players to dynamic lighting

Presently, a player can see only what their token's vision can see.  But for games where the players work as a team and are in communication via voice or hand signals (often typical of RPGs like D&D), it would be useful if everyone could "see" what everyone in the group does.  And now we have the concept of "party", this could be restricted to players who are part of the party, in case some individual were operating separately. One use for the latter would be familiars, which can normally only communicated with their controlling PC, and can be used to scout ahead (if the owner is telling everyone exactly what the scout sees, the token for the familiar could be added to the party. It would be useful to have associated right-click options for an individual token for the GM to do add-to-party and remove-from-party (rather than just selecting a group of tokens and doing Define Party. So the request is: provide a game option for the GM to enable "View as Party", and allow a player to switch their view between "per token" and "whole party".
