Hello, you may call me Reyes but those that know me prefer to me as sharky. I’m looking for 3 players who would be interested in playing in a call of Cthulhu game this Friday at 8:00pm est. A few of my games have grown stagnant as of recently and I’m in dire need of some ttrpg energy within my humble days so I’m trying to assemble a party. The theme is relatively simple. Players will play as residents of a small conservative town in upstate Montana during 1976. The town is named whispy woodland grove but the locals of the town simply refer to it as “whispy woods” and it’s the stereotypical town you think of when you hear “the American dream” and it’s pretty picturesque with the town never having any incidents as of until recently. The date is very important as it’s a year after the Vietnam war which the drafts heavily affected the town with a lot of well known young men being sent off with only a few to return and ever since then there have been mysterious disappearances within the town but local law enforcement aren’t taking the matter seriously. Until a certain incident will push the once wholesome town to the brink of insanity thanks to some malpractice eldritch magic ready to reek havoc on the mortal realm. players will need to be 18 or older to participate.
