Post New Topic Button At Least Half Covered by an Invisible Button That Takes You to Account Notifications

About to submit an issue, but I keep running into the title issue.&nbsp; From roughly half way to the top of the Post New Topic button, as (badly) circled in the screen shot below, when you click it, the Post New Topic screen does not appear. Instead, you are brought to <a href="https://app.roll20.net/notifications/account" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/notifications/account</a>. Not urgent I guess, but irritating as all get out.&nbsp;
