Can you share a GIF with one player?

I want a player to have a "vision" and thought I would use a GIF to do so. Is there a good way to do this so one player sees it? I thought about using a handout, but I read it might not run properly, is that true?

HI Mark! You should be able to post the GIF's URL in a chat whisper. I can't remember if a handout can display an animated GIF. I know it cannot display other types of animated content. You could also use the Split The Party function to send them to a different page where the GIF is displayed.
another potential solution is - assuming you're using discord - create a channel and only allow him permission to view that channel. Then you share gif, mp4, youtube link, etc

I tried it in a Handout, and on my end seems to work. I did have to increase the delay between switching images quite a bit otherwise it skipped some images. If it doesn't work, I will try the chat whisper. @Novercalis: That could be another option if I plan on doing something like this more often. Thanks.
