converted legacy pages suddenly crashing browser when tokens moved by mouse - players also unable to use keys to move characters

i have a multi-year game which was converted from legacy some months back and was working okay at the time of conversion.  it's been a while since we were on and last night we found multiple pages where the players could select their character but not use keys to move tokens around and when attempting to move them by mouse click & drag roll20 and the entire browser tab would crash (did not matter which browser was being used) and continuously flicker with the "something went wrong" popup i as the dm did not have the issue, but could replicate the fault by rejoining as a player copying the page resulted in the fault being copied deleting everything, in every layer and only having the grid and the player tokens resulted in the same fault on the original page but adding a new page and Ctl-A copying everything on each layer from the old broken page and pasting to the new page fixed the issue on the new page and the players can select token and move them without the browser tab & roll20 crashing okay brains-trust, am i down to replicating a few years worth of relatively complex pages (sadly multiples) page-by-page and layer-by-layer, or is there a simple fix i need to do by toggling something in the page settings? thanks in advance Stavros
You may want to send in a help center request on this one.  I have had a similar issue with one map on a game which was converted to Jumpgate, but that was over a year ago. I would recommend going back to the original game using the legacy VTT and attempt to copy it again, changing the VTT to jumpgate.  If that works, as a pro level subscriber transmogrify the pages into your existing game. Alternatively,  you can go to one of the offending pages and duplicate it to see if that fixes the issues.
As per before, duplicating the page copied the fault but I’ll look to convert the original game to jumpgate again and do as you suggest - transmog the offending pages across and see if it works i get the impression that it only started occurring after an individual hex page was changed to perfect hexes, but then I don’t understand why the other pages with square grid would be affected ill stoof around and find out
Hey Stavros -  When games are migrated, they are automatically copied as a backup. So, nothing is lost, it just might be in a different place. Second, if you could be sure to include links to your games in the Help Center ticket and mention "AllHansOnDeck said to tell Lavi about this" then we will be able to look at the specifics quickly.
Thanks AllHansOnDeck for generating the new copy of the game FYI the fault is replicated on the new jumpgate copy. Help Center ticket on the way for anyone else interested - players are able to use macros rolling from tokens, as well as the old wildshape api and they can also interact with the page with the new lighting doors and windows. they can select the token and go to their character sheet, they can drag new tokens from their journals to the game area, they cannot use key strokes to move their character tokens and mouse clicking to drag their token to a new location crashes roll20 and the browser tab.
