Chat character token issue

Hi all, my group and I have been attempting to figure this out for the better part of a year. I hope someone can provide answers.  One player in our group has his character token linked to his chats. We all have chat avatars selected in our settings, and this token appears separately from that, so it's not the same. The character token is a link to the token pic, which is a Roll20 file, if that helps. All pictures and names are character names, so no personal info is posted. The first pic is how all of us show up; the second is how the one player chat shows up. We like the token in the chat, and we've been trying to figure out how to apply this to the rest of us. Any insight on this would be most helpful.

Yes! Please let me know if this is sufficient. In the screenshot, you can see the token icon for Iron Lady (character) pop up as a large icon on that player's chat. El Mistico Azul/Mr. Macabre (character) is how the rest of us show up, without the token icon. If it matters, this is for Adventures Unlimited/Savage Worlds. 

Could you message me a GM invite to this game? I'd like to do some replication and it would be easier if I could see what is going on. 

What is the sheet? My first suspicion is that it would be a sheet setting that tells the token images to appear in the roll templates.

Gauss - I am a player in this game, so I need to clear adding you with DM/other players. I'll keep you posted. Keith - for reference, this is the pop-up that appears when I click on the icon in the chat bar. The external site/window that opens is literally a giant pic of the token itself, with no other details. See below: 

Ok, what I suspect they are doing is embedding it into a macro or into the sheet's fields somewhere.  [image](url) will behave like this, placed properly. Like Keith said, the sheet might have a feature doing it, or the player may have figured out a place to insert it into a field in the sheet.  You should ask that player where they put the image in the sheet. 

Thanks for your insights on this. I've discussed this with the group, and they are not comfortable adding a random player to the game. Nevertheless, I appreciate your help. We will continue to try to figure this out on our own. 

SOLVED: It is a character sheet setting - settings > "other tweaks" > make sure "show token with roll template" is checked.
