Hello! reporting a reproducible platform bug with the Copy Game feature that is breaking campaign migration and causing support ticket escalation failures. When duplicating an existing campaign using the native Copy Game tool, deselecting the Jukebox checkbox fails to exclude audio assets.   Unchecking "Jukebox" during campaign duplication should produce a clean room containing only selected components (Pages, Dynamic Lighting setups, Tokens/Sheets) while dropping all audio playlists and tracks to eliminate data bloat. The tool either ignores the exclusion toggle completely—carrying the bloated/corrupted audio tables into the newly generated room—or causes the duplication process to fail/stall out due to backend timeouts parsing the media list.  For campaigns with dozens of maps featuring intricate, manually drawn Dynamic Lighting lines and lighting setups, rebuilding from scratch is an immense loss of prep hours. Selective duplication is an explicitly advertised native feature specifically designed to resolve campaign bloat. I opened support tickets ( #490196 and follow-up #493959 ) to determine whether this was a known backend issue and whether support could execute an administrative duplication of the campaign container without the audio data. Both tickets were summarily closed with identical, verbatim macro responses suggesting client-side fixes (clearing cookies/cache, switching browsers) and stating the issue was "logged for dev" with no resolution, manual clone, or substantive investigation provided. As a paying subscriber on the top tier, relying on core platform features to maintain and migrate game rooms is fundamental. When an advertised toggle fails to drop bloated database entries, it severely impacts campaign performance and usability. Questions for Devs: Is the "Copy Game" Jukebox exclusion toggle currently a known regression on the backend? Is there a reliable workaround to cleanly strip Jukebox assets from a campaign while 100% preserving page-level Dynamic Lighting vector data?
