Few in the North know that Sauron has now made his presence known in the Black Land of Mordor, fewer believe it to be their concern, and fewer still with the will to take action against him.
Could you be one of them?
Lord of the Rings 5e (legacy) features a unique, more grounded class system to better fit the world of middle earth called the "calling" system:
Champion (fighter/barbarian lite) Captain (paladin lite) Scholar (and Intelligence based "caster" with mostly feats) Treasure Hunter (very similar to 5e rouge Messenger (rogue/monk/bard combined to form a class that emphasis expertise in travel and the spoken word over combat. Warden (Ranger lite)
LotR 5e also allows for a variety of cultures along the three peoples to be played:
A man of Bree, or perhaps even a man in the fading realms around the old kingdom of Arnor, like Tharbad, Swanfleet, or the shore. One of the three breeds of hobbit: Harfoot, Stoor or Fallowhide Dwarf of the seven houses of Durin An elf from Lorien, Mirkwood, Rivendell or the Gray Havens A Ranger of the North A woodman of Wilderland A beorning warrior
If interested, DM me with:
Your preferred Culture + Calling. Short concept that fits the theme (post-Hobbit, pre-LotR, heroic, survival, willing to both adventure and co-operate with others) Your availability window (time zone and days free)
