I cannot get my map layers to stay in the correct order.

Browser + Version: FireFox Version 157.0.1 (64-bit) Browser Addons/Extensions: None (all disabled on Roll20) Operating System: Mac OS Sequoia Cache has been cleared many times I'm trying to do something a little fancy, but my layers are not cooperating with me. I have some animated spell effects that I'm trying to use behind a png map. Everytime I bring the map to the front and leave the animated effect behind it, the two switch spots, sometimes when I zoom, but always when I reload. I cannot get the map to stay on top no matter what I do. Since I need the tokens to show up on top, I cannot use the foreground layer. I recorded myself trying to fix it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lgv1jAhUXHQ Would love any help or ideas I can try!

It it a Legacy game or a Current game There’s differences in how the 2 engines handle Z ordering.
It is a jumpgate game, not a legacy
