“Under raging storm clouds, the vampire Count Strahd von Zarovich stands silhouetted against the ancient walls of Castle Ravenloft. Rumbling thunder pounds the castle spires. The wind’s howling increases as he turns his gaze down toward the village of Barovia...” Welcome to Barovia! This campaign goes beyond standard survival horror. It’s designed to be a deep dive into your character’s psyche. We’ll be using the expanded Curse of Strahd: Reloaded framework, which treats the mists and everything in them as a dark mirror. The setting’s gothic elements bring out your character’s internal struggles and force them to face their inner demons. If you want a campaign with heavy immersive roleplay that still gives you tactical, challenging combat encounters, you’ve found the right table!
