Bad server connectivity tonight 11/01

A lot of server connection issues tonight with Roll20. Refreshing sometimes gets me to an error message page that says so. After struggling for over 2 hours, it is simply not playable tonight.
our group had the same issue, but we noticed with their live tweets that they had a couple server issues and that things should be restored now.
Our servers with Firebase had some pretty serious issues this evening-- we've been discussing it as it continued on Twitter . As players ourselves, we're acutely aware of the frustration of having game night interrupted by technical difficulties, and it's something we are continually trying to prevent. Sorry we didn't make it happen tonight.
i've got one player that cannot join my campagin. it shows that he's connected but he's not. we'ver tried resetting audio and video, kicking him from the game and sending him a new invite but he's still not able to join. is there an email or link we can use to get technical help with connectivity issues?

Bret, please have your player follow the steps here: https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues Also, have him sign out of Roll20 (not just the game, the entire website), clear cache and stored passwords, and then log back in.
We had our big three country game tonight, we had dropouts dead pages, lag... It, a;ways came back in a few minutes. The poor guy in Romania had the most problems, but it always recovered and we got done exactly at my estimated time, six hours with six players and a macro & API heavy game. It was frustrating a few times, but nobody was really bitching. There was over 12,000 miles between the players and Skype folded more often than roll-20 did, so it stumbled, it staggered a few times, it worked, nice job guys, I popped out and saw some of the traffic and tweets, this was a huge oneshot and it worked pretty damn well. Now if you can time the outages for bio-breaks it would be perfect.
