Unintentional subscription, can I get that charge cancelled?

Hi, roll20 folks. I don't see an "email us" anywhere on the site, so I'm making a post here and hoping someone who can do something sees it. I purchased a subscription at the Supporter level to use dynamic lighting with my group, since we're about to venture into the underdark and it seems like it would add a lot to the game. However, when I went to tinker around with it I realized that the campaign is actually owned by my Co-DM. Since there's no way to transfer a campaign, I just canceled my subscription and gifted him the $5 to sign up for it himself. Would it be possible to get my subscription fully cancelled and refunded, since it's not going to do me any good? Thanks!
Sam, I can help you out just email team@roll20.net with the details. Thanks, Richard
