Hello Christian. I have a few questions to ask Have you gone to https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues and followed all the steps ? Especially number 2 and included any antivirus you may have running? You just stated you tried them. Can you let us know what browser you are having the problem with? Have you tried other browsers to see if it is specific to that one browser? Current browsers used: Chrome (primary), Firefox, Opera, and some people have been reporting Internet Explorer (I think the latest version) has been working for them. Please report back to let us know more.

The most recent thread about being stuck on loading screen involved a person's anti-virus causing the problem.

So, there is something on your end that is blocking the site's ability to load up the app. Try going into Options -> Extensions and try disabling your extensions to see if one of them might be the culprit. Also try plugins (chrome://plugins/) and disabling those. Try clearing your cookies for Roll20 and reloading the cache Ctrl+F5. Also try disabling your antivirus to see if that resolves the problem. If none of that works I'd suggest trying a different browser, like Firefox and see if you have any issue loading the site from that browser.

Please update your version of chrome. The current version is 39.0.2171.65 m If that does not work, you may want to try a current, up to date, version of the other browsers.

In the upper right hand corner is button with three small vertical lines, like stripes. This is the options menu. Inside, select the Settings option. Inside settings on the left hand is an About tab. Click that and there should be a section on your current version. It should detect updates automatically.

Christian, you'll need to log in as the administrator. There are many guides on how to do this based on operating system. Let me know if you need help finding one.
