Improve Notification Handling

I'm a participant in the giant GM Academy campaign, but I don't want to receive a dozen notifications every day about what people are discussing. I suggest creating campaign-specific Notification settings, allowing me to control when I receive notifications and what I receive notifications for. I also suggest moving the "Dismiss All Notifications" button in the Notification area in the top navigation bar higher, so that I don't have to scroll past a large number of notifications in order to clear them all.

I think there is already a suggestion for this on the first or second page. I had to drop from GMA for that exact reason.
