Dynamic Lighting turns the map black?

Not sure if this is a common issue, but my GM purchased Dynamic Lighting earlier today, and when he tried to test it out none of the players could see anything aside from their tokens. This is across multiple browsers. The only time it actually worked was in a very small space, only 25 x 25 foot box he drew using the draw tool. Other than that, it's not working for larger maps. Any tips for making this thing actually work? We were hoping to start our session tomorrow. Thanks in advance! :)
You have to have a token on the map that you control that has sight. The GM can find all these properties on the token itself.

Yay, we got it fixed! Turns out it was actually the Fog of War that the GM forgot to disable in the-... everywhere. Oopsie daisy. Thank you for all your input, guys! :) Helped a lot!
