can't see map or move token

I have windows 8.1 with firefox and i just see a white map

Hi Kayla. A few questions. Does the GM have the player's ribbon on a map with images on it? DO you have permission to control your token?

Vince's questions are good ones. Talk to your GM and make sure you are set on a map with images on it. If the answer to both of those questions is "yes" then can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.

yes to everything I have even tried the wiki of cause before i made this post. Also after loging in and out a few times I can now move my token but still can't see the map at all.

Could you post a screen shot of the entire browser and tabletop, please? Also, if you have completed all of the other steps of the troubleshooting guide (including disabling any extensions or plugins for your browser) without any success, could please follow Step 4 .

Gm also just told me he was using a picture he uploaded and i was only able to see pictures from roll 20. I also have no add ons to my firefox I do plan to get some later on.
