[Question] Is there a way to put a small graphic into the chat Window through the API?

Subject says it all. :)  Just wondering, could be good for custom dice. If not, I think I asked this before, but is there a way through the API to choose a particular roll on a rollable table?  So if I have a table of 6 custom dice sides and I wanted my script to do some stuff and then choose the side from the table and have it show up in the chat window.  Not looking for the all the code, just if there is a command to do that and I can figure out the rest. Thanks!
