Hello! Currently if you roll something like [[1d20+2]] it turns the background green when the rng rolls 20. Is there a way to have it turn green on 18 and 19 as well for attacks like a rapier? Thank you in advance,

Yes, it is true. On dev, you can specify a custom crit or fail range for any die roll by using CS or CF die roll options. Like [[1d20cs>18]] for a 3rd edition rapier. It would highlight green on a natural roll of 18 or higher.
