All players can only hear GM

We have tried many different things but all players can only hear the DM/GM not anyone else
I'll point to the simplest and most obvious thing first--have the players checked their options tab and turned on "audio and video chat?" After that, they should check their browser and enable their mic (it's strictly a browser thing and completely separate from the roll20 controls). I'm sure there is more info in a wiki somewhere. ----&gt; <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Video_and_Voice_Chat" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Video_and_Voice_Chat</a> Many people use other voice software like Skype, Ventrillo, or Teamspeak. If you want a hand with those feel free to PM me, but I've found that Roll20's Tokbox is not a popular choice at all. If you do use alternative voice software outside of Roll20, be sure to turn it off in Roll20 options tab so you aren't creating other issues.

If none of those resolve your issue please try following Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues guide, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.
