Tokens not appearing to certain/different Players

Some of my party members cannot see certain tokens of other players, and when I try to load in a temporary token some players cannot see him.

I'm assuming you're not playing with fog of war and all the tokens are on the token layer but your players are not seeing some of the art assets? In that case can you have your players who are having the issue follow Steps 1-3, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.
