I know that there already are /gmrolls but it'd be more useful to share a final result to the players without showing the modifiers. Being able to make a macro that just gives "Kobold attacks with his Dagger (18), with the force to deal (6) Piercing damage" without showing the players that the attack was a 1d20+3 would be nice.
I definitely like the idea. Perhaps they could make an option where you can turn off showing the calculations of the roll.

If you don't care about seeing the modifiers yourself, you can already do this with the new inline rolls: Kobold attacks with his Dagger([[ [[1d20+3]] ]]) The inline roll is replaced by the result but doesn't show any of the math.

Doesn't it show the math if you float over the result?

Not for the nested expressions. The key is the that it's using the nested inline rolls, so the [[ [[ ]] ]] construct.
If you do want to see the math as the GM, but not show it to your players, you can use HiddenRolls (as an API script, this requires a mentor-level subscription): !hideroll -v Kobold attacks with his dagger ([[1d20+3]])
