/FX command for use in API

This would be a paradigm shift for Mentors who rarely ever use it. Allowing automation of it would bring explosions and other nice frilly effects to the tabletop.

Traps that explode when the player reaches them would be undeniably awesome.

Would particularly like to see some nice control over the effects. There was an effects page that Riley posted for the Mentors about 8 months ago were some people came up with some pretty awesome effects. Having the same controls for the API would be spectacular.

A related suggestion that would likely also benefit from this: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1261330/finish-the-special-effects-engine#post-1477650

I just saw this and figured maybe I should mention my post for finishing the FX engine... I didn't include api access in the original post but it has been mentioned in the comments... currently at +13...... https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1261330/finish-t... maybe we should combine our votes?
Today's update adds support for the API to use the F/X Tool. https://app.roll20.net/forum/permalink/3077462/
