Completely 1000% new player here.

And I've always wanted to learn how to play DnD, or any tabletop game. I've never had a group of friends to play, then I discovered this place and thought that was pretty cool. I'm a very fast learner, and very cooperative. I can go with the flow. I've been an RPer for 10 years, so creating characters, progressing stories, and character interaction won't be a problem, more just the mechanics. If anyone would like to help me out, my days off are sundays and tuesdays! Please let me know!

I'm sort of in the same boat, but I do have some limited dnd 4e exp. Already made a character and everything - just looking for somewhere to go :) Just figured I'd tag along in this thread since it was relevant to my interests.

Hello, I'm intending to run a one shot this Sunday, probably evening GMT , so early afternoon in the states. It's a dark, gritty futuristic post apocalyptic setting with fantasy elements so there is something for everyone. The rules are heavily modified from existing games which means everyone will be new to them, so you won't be alone in not having a clue what's going on. Let me know if this sounds like something that would interest you and I'll PM you more details. We play on roll 20 but use Skype and a mic for comms.
